These terms apply to purchases from Eleventis Global LLC, 7186 Barley Wood Dr, Locust, NC 28097, United States, through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

• We describe materials, construction, dimensions, finishes, and availability as accurately as we can, and we correct errors when we find them.
• Solid wood varies in colour and grain, and fabric dye lots vary; photographs and samples are representative rather than exact.
• Dimensions are nominal and may vary slightly on handmade pieces.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order and its price, availability, and lead time. If a piece is unavailable or mispriced, we will tell you and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax.
• Sales tax shown at checkout is an estimate based on the destination state and is finalized on your order confirmation.
• Card payments are not yet connected to this site. Until they are, we contact you after checkout to arrange payment, and no card data is collected here.
• Made-to-order pieces may require a deposit before production begins; we will state this before taking payment.

Delivery terms, methods, and inspection obligations are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment in full.

Cancellation and return rights are set out in our returns and refunds policy, and warranty terms in materials and quality. These do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

You may use this site to browse and order for personal purposes. Do not copy our photographs, descriptions, or designs for commercial use without written permission, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.

We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses arising from your failure to follow care, assembly, or anti-tip instructions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable U.S. federal law, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your state of residence.
