Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are quoted individually. Email us with your address and the pieces you want and we will price the freight.

• In-stock pieces leave the workshop in 2–7 business days, then travel 5–12 business days depending on method and distance.
• Made-to-order pieces are built in 4–6 weeks before shipping.
• Multi-piece orders normally ship together; ask us if you would rather receive items as they are finished.

• The carrier calls or texts to arrange a delivery window, usually 24–48 hours ahead.
• Someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
• Measure doorways, stairwells, and elevators against the product dimensions before ordering; we can advise on tight access.
• Curbside delivery stops at the curb. Threshold delivery reaches your first dry interior space. White-glove includes in-room placement, assembly, and packaging removal.

• Inspect the packaging and the piece before signing the delivery receipt.
• Note any damage on the receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves.
• Email photographs and your order reference within 72 hours of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund the affected piece at our cost.

Refused deliveries without a damage note are treated as returns under our returns policy.
